Individual Psychotherapy – A guided journey
Individual psychotherapy involves sessions of one-on-one talk therapy. Here, in the privacy and comfort of my office, we will explore your life, your unique journey. We’ll go where you’ve been, explore where you are now and the challenges you currently face before we look forward to what lies ahead. As your guide, I may point out things missed along the way, help with practical and proven methods of coping in the here and now and help you toward recovery and a brighter tomorrow.
Once our therapy begins, it will be important to schedule sessions regularly and for you to keep your appointments in order to continue the journey forward. Sessions are typically scheduled for one or more times per week depending upon your needs and availability.
You are unique, your journey is unlike any other. As your psychotherapist and guide, I will help you move forward using an individualized and integrated approach, formulating a treatment plan that is wholly dependent upon your unique needs and challenges.
Our work together will draw from integrated therapies, a combination of cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, relational, interpersonal and psychodynamic techniques that aid in learning new and more functional coping mechanisms, emotion regulation, mind- body health and interpersonal communication skills.
Let’s talk about you and how I can help guide you. To set up your first individual psychotherapy consultation, call me directly at (561) 859-6767 or E-mail [email protected]
Group Therapy – Discovery through sharing and listening
At certain times of year, I lead group therapy sessions that are customized to suit the needs of my clients. These group sessions focus on various issues such as substance abuse and addiction, grief and loss, career transitions and life transitions. A group setting such as this compliments individual sessions and can help enhance your journey toward discovery and healing.

Mind & Body
In my practice, I treat the total person, mind and body, utilizing an integrative and comprehensive approach. Many of my clients benefit from a holistic treatment plan and develop an understanding of the many valuable connections between the mind, the body and overall well-being.
My extensive experience with treatment, research and testing provide me with many tools needed to diagnose a wide variety of conditions. And my advanced training in Mind-Body Medicine has done much to reinforce my skills and beliefs. There are times when a client requires a team of professionals for a proper diagnosis. My connection to The Center for Mind-Body Medicine and my affiliation with integrative practitioners allows me the ability to tap into a large network of mental health and medical professionals who believe in the importance of mind-body medicine and collaborative treatment.
